Egor is 30, he is an actor, and a good one, but not ambitious enough for his profession. He didn’t play big roles, and didn’t even aspire. Phlegmatic from the childhood, he was growing up in the shadow of his father, exists detached - neither life nor death interests him. The only outlet is beauty, it inspires and helps him not to despair.
Egor falls in love with the image of the girl on the poster, and this image becomes his guiding star. However, the clash with reality again forces to conclude that his fantasies are too good for this world.
